About the Keybridge Project
Keybridge, the development of the former BT Telephone Exchange site on Lambeth Road, is a mixed-use project by Mount Anvil. It will provide 441 new homes, extensive new retail units and a number of public realm improvements, including communal gardens and seating areas.
The Proposal For Keybridge
Keybridge is a mixed-use development project that will result in 470 new homes including affordable housing and over an acre of new communal gardens and public spaces. The development also entails 43,600 sq. ft of commercial retail space which will provide 500-1000 new jobs for the area.
At the heart of the proposal is Keybridge Lofts, which at 37 storeys will be the UK's tallest residential brick tower and a new landmark for Vauxhall.
